Schematic Design

Circuit Design ImageUsing Orcad Capture CIS we are able to input your schematic diagram into one of the most used design tools in industry. Our large library of pre-defined components that have been tried and tested, reducing development risk and timescales.

We design and build test systems according to your unique project needs. TrimeriX can design special jigs or use a fixture you have already designed.

PCB Layout

PCB DesignWe have significant experience with RF PCB design, ensuring that impedances, and stray coupling are catered for, in addition to having the knowledge required for dealing with non FR4 substrates, such as Rogers and Arlon materials.

We put a lot of attention and effort into PCB layout using the latest DFM and DFT techniques and tolerances, whilst remaining flexible to our clients needs. A quality design up front saves manufacturing and assembly costs later. We use the latest design tools from Orcad and Cadence and all designs are verified and design rule checked prior to signing off.

We produce all PCB documentation and designs following the principles and recommendations laid out in the following IPC standards:
