Antenna, Transmission Lines & Propagation

Understanding the radiation and transmission of electromagnetic energy is one of the key requirements for designing RF systems. At TrimeriX we have experience in designing a variety of transmission line and antenna structures - from low profile patch antenna's, to transmission line filters.

Circuits

If your requirements are not available as a 'single chip transceiver, then we are able to help. Circuits we have designed have included the following: LNA, mixers, oscillators, frequency synthesers, PLL, modulators, demodulators, active and passive filters.

Transceiver

We have designed a number of transceiver architectures. The primary architecture has been the super-heterodyne analogue, digital IF, and sub-sampling receivers. TrimeriX has also developed spread spectrum systems using both CDMA and DSSS. Systems have included FSK, FM, AM, QPSK, QAM and OFDM modulation schemes.

Protocols & Standards

TrimeriX have designed systems that work with the following standards and protocols Zigbee, Bluetooth, EN300-220/EN300-440, GSM, GPS, and WiFi (802.11).
